Corinna Heller

Corinna Heller studied piano at the Academy of Music and Theatre in Hanover (with Prof. Bernd Goetzke) as well as voice at the Lübeck Music Academy (with Prof. James Wagner) and at the State Academy of Music and the Performing Arts in Stuttgart (with Prof. Sylvia Geszty and Prof. Julia Hamari), receiving her diplomas in both areas of study. In Stuttgart, she was a pupil in the lied class of Prof. Konrad Richter and, at the same time, a guest pupil at the School of Opera under the direction of Prof. Kathrin Prick. Numerous master courses in Germany and abroad rounded off her training. In 1996 she received the furtherance prize of the “Academia Vocalis Tirolensis” in Austria (opera workshop of Sylvia Geszty) and, in 1999, a stipend of the Richard Wagner Society in Stuttgart.

Corinna Heller has been permanently engaged at the Aachen Theatre since 2003, and continues to be very active as a performer in concerts of both sacred and secular music.
